Splitting a form into slices

Today I was working with Tim Pickup. We have been working in how be able to divide a face in 3d in different slices. We have utilized the program Rhinoceros exporting the face shaped in a called file. slc. It permits you to divide a object in 3d with different measures among each one of the parts. Through this process I intend to make some models with steel cable like some of the images I include in this post.
